The hotel is very nice and rooms are clean. The staff is very kind. Spa is smaller, there isn’t a space where you can place your towel etc. (only two chairs). The staff was confused about gluten free diet, they cooked for me separately, but they didn’t have to. I can eat chicken with vegetables and potatoes where flour isn’t used. Gluten was stated also next to the eggs 🤷🏼♀️. We recommend this hotel !
It was a very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff was really nice and helpful, even served us dinner upon late arrival and still managed to organize us a massage, which btw was extremely good. Also, they allowed us to leave our car there while we were on a 3 day hike in the mountains close by.
We spent here a week and we couldn't be happier. The hotel is on the small side, but it just feels great and right. Food is very tasty, service always smiling and very helful, just be prepared to communicate in Polish (or German) as English is not their strong suit. Spa is great. Someone could say it's small, but I'd say it's big enough for the hotel - we never run in a problem with it being full. Garden is amazing and well kept, with a heated swimming pool, playground and space for sport activities. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Personnel does not understand English - only Polish. They did not provided buffet dinner as specified in our hotel order.

The hotel's location is very nice. Close to the trails. Rooms clean and spacious. You get a set of towels and a bathrobe. There is a coffee corner (delicious, locally roasted coffee) and unlimited drinks. Breakfast was very nice, tasty and a large selection of options.
For me, the minus is the spa area, unfortunately very small, whether it is a steam bath or a dry sauna, they are small for a few people, but still close to each other, with a hot tub for a couple of people between them. Which means there is no place to rest.
But as a place to sleep it's great
